1. Do I need to set up an account to checkout?

No, you may even check out as a guest. However, we advise you to register with us in order to conveniently check the status of your order.

2. From which location are the orders being shipped?

We are shipping all the orders from Bangalore, Karnataka.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In general for metro cities, 2-5 days for non-personalized products. Personalized products may take 3 days to 2 weeks. Rest of the places, minimum of 10 days.

4. How quickly do you reply to emails and messages?

Typically within 24 business hours (Mon-Sat 11am-6pm).

5. How are orders shipped?

Right now, We are using "The Professional Couriers", "India Post", "Airways" for deliveries.

6. Can I track my order after it's been shipped?

We will email you a tracking number, and the link.

7. Do you ship PAN India?

Yes. We are shipping PAN India.

8.How to check service availability for my pin code?

If you are from interior area, kindly WhatsApp us on +91 8867300337 before placing your order.

9. I have not received my package, even though tracking number shows delivered.

Contact us immediately (+91 8867300337) and we will track it down for you.

10. What is your return policy?

There are no returns or refunds. All sales made are final. Any product that was damaged in transit or that was supplied with a defect will be replaced at no additional cost by us. To get the product replaced, please make sure you have the entire package opening videos and photographs. To claim it, send it to our WhatsApp number +91 8867300337.

11. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No, currently we don't offer COD orders.

12. Do you send out any updates for custom-made products?

No, we customise the designs based on your inputs. Updates are NOT sent for review. Our design team will finalise the design and manufacture the product.

13. What are your customisation charges?

The costs entirely depend on what you need and how long it takes. Therefore, we request that you get in touch with us over WhatsApp at +91 8867300337 for more information.

14. What are your working hours?

We operate from Monday-Saturday (11am-6pm) only. 

15. Can we visit your store?

We don't have any physical stores right now. There isn't a way to shop in-store here.

16. Do you offer local delivery choices like Swiggy, Dunzo, or other local pickup services?
